NO SUPERFICIALITY, NOT EVEN ON SURFACE TREATMENTS.

Since its inception, the guiding principle of Tecom Implantology has always been the pursuit of the highest quality of product. Still now the Company continues investing resources in this direction, to expand the range of its surface treatments for dental implants.
Despite the superficial treatment currently in use can boast a history of 13 years of success, with the aim to offer more and more performant services, Titanmed wanted to join its technicians experience with the best technology today available. By this, two new treatments are going to be implemented: "SL Tecom Implantology" and "DM Tecom Implantology”.
Similarly to the treatment so far adopted, the new "SL Tecom Implantology" is based on a first phase of blasting followed by acid etching, but differs in the use of new elements and procedures that lead to completely different results, substantially equivalent to analogue treatments "SLA ™" currently adopted by the most prestigious international brands.
The treatment "DM Tecom Implantology" on the contrary, does not include sandblasting but repeated steps of acid etching. The last test and laboratory analysis for this treatment are still in progress at independent laboratories specialized in implantology, whose competence and professionalism are recognized at an international level. After approval, the treatment "DM Tecom Implantology" will replace the historical treatment for Tecom Implants. An official announcement will inform the users when the change of treatment will be completed.
In the next months, the treatment "SL Tecom Implantology", already approved and in use since 2012 on STR implants, will also be adopted by some other Tecom Implantology lines available in stock and anyway applicable upon request for third party productions.
